Cadettes who have earned their LIA (Leadership in Action) are eligible to attend this training. Program Aid training teaches ways to provide leadership, guidance, and fun to younger Girl Scouts at day camps, Service Unit events, and council activities. Before getting their pin, Girl Scouts complete an additional 12 internship hours working with younger Girl Scouts.
