Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors: Raise Your Voice is back! This popular leadership conference is about learning to use your voice to improve your world. Hosted at Iowa State University, participants will experience life on a college campus, learn from guest speakers, spend time with friends, and use design process thinking to engineer a better world Work in teams to explore solutions to water access, world hunger, cleaner planet, better health and energy.

- Silver and Gold Award Prep/Training
Included (youth):
- 3 days, 2 nights at Friley Hall dormitory (put roommate preference in Buddy Info)
- All meals Saturday and Breakfast Sunday
- Complete the Think Like an Engineer Journey including the Take Action project
- Chaperones for the full weekend
- Event Patch, Think Like an Engineer Badge, and Take Action Badge
