Give back through Care to Share
Customers can purchase cookies to donate to hometown hereos like military personel, firefighters, police officers, first responders, and essential workers through a council-sponsored program called Care to Share. Cookies purchased go directly to hometown heroes in our community through organizations like Iowa’s Bravest and Soldier’s Angels. Donations will also go to local senior housing, community programs, food banks and other charities. Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois facilitates the delivery of cookies purchased through this program.
Girls who sell 15 or more packages earn the Gift of Caring patch. Girls who sell 30 packages through Care to Share earn $5 in program credit.

Cut out the box wrap to display on your Cookie Booth. Encourage customers to purchase a package for themselves and donate one to hometown heroes like military members, first responders, and food banks.

Sister Patch Program
Sisters selling cookies that sell a Per Girl Average (PGA) of 100+ packages will receive a custom 2026 Sisters Patch. Please fill out the form to claim your rewards. This form must be completed by March 27, 2026 to be eligible to receive patch.
Join a Cookie Club
Cookie Captains
Cookie Captains are girls and troops that are experienced cookie bosses. At your local Cookie Rally, Cookie Captains will have special activities and receive a patch.
Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors have the opportunity to become Cookie Captains and earn additional program credits! Because the largest girl-led business in the world is a major part of Girl Scouts and greatly benefits our council, we want to provide older girls an opportunity to share their expertise with younger girls.
Complete your Cookie Captain training and submit a final report to earn additional program credits.
Cookie Rookies
Cookie Rookies are girls and troops new to the Cookie Sale Program. Cookie Rookie girls should attend the service unit cookie rally to complete training and activities to get ready to sell cookies! Cookie Rookies will receive a Cookie Rookie patch!

Cookie Executive Club
Girl Scouts who sell $375 in the 2025 Fall Program Product and 1,000 packages or more cookies during the 2026 Cookie Program will be invited to join the club. They will earn a patch and be invited to exclusive meetings to have their voices heard on rewards and product program ideas and input.
CEO Cookie Club
Girl Scouts who sell 1500+ packages will be invited to attend a CEO Cookie Club Celebration in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on June 27th, 2026 with GSEIWI CEO, Diane Nelson.
Cookie Champion Challenge
GSEIWI Secret Shoppers are ready to visit random cookie booths during the cookie program. Secret Shoppers are rare which makes them so special. Not every booth will be visited by a Secret Shopper. A Secret Shopper is a GSEIWI staff member or volunteer who wants to help Girl Scouts develop an entrepreneurial mindset and make a good impression on the community.
GSEIWI Secret Shoppers reward girls who demonstrate knowledge of the cookie program and the Girl Scout Promise and Law with a Cookie Champion Challenge Patch.
Heres how it works:
- Hold a cookie booth or drive thru at stores, businesses, events, etc.
- Be sure to enter your cookie booth in eBudde so it will be in the GSUSA Cookie Finder.
- Follow and practice booth etiquette guidelines and Safety Activity Checkpoints. See the guidelines below that Secret Shoppers are following to be extra prepared!
