Each January, cookie season begins for Girl Scouts in our local council. Check with your troop leader about your troop's plan for selling cookies.

Complete the year long permission form. The caregiver permission and final responsibility for the Cookie Program is included in the yearly permission form. If you have not filled this out click above and turn into your troop leader.

Digital Cookie is a fun and easy-to-use tool to help Girl Scouts sell cookies online and take credit card payments for in-person sales.

To start using Digital Cookie, look for an email from "Girl Scout Cookies" with the subject "Ready. Set. Register for Digital Cookie." Please check your Spam, Junk, and Promotion folders for the registration email. Contact our team if you need help.

Digital Cookie Scavenger Hunt

Finish the cookie season strong and earn fun prizes by completing the Digital Cookie Scavenger Hunt.

Earn an entry for every 5 tasks completed! Earn 5 entries for completing all of the tasks. All tasks must be completed on your Digital Cookie site.

Click the button below or drop off your form at a local Girl Scout office. Complete the scavenger hunt to be entered to win 1 of 5 Giant Scented Cookie Pillows.

All scavenger hunt entries are due by March 23rd! Winners will be drawn and announced on council social media pages on March 27th.

Girl Scouts can come to any Girl Scout office to pick out an instant prize for every 250 packages of cookies they sell!

We will share photos of Girl Scouts picking up their prizes every Wednesday during the Cookie Program on GSEIWI social media (with caregiver permission).

Sweet Reels Showdown toggle arrow

Show off your cookie creativity and enter the Sweet Reels Showdown! Troops and Girl Scouts are invited to create a video promoting their cookie business for a chance to win one of five FREE cases of Girl Scout Cookies. Videos will be judged and awarded based on criteria like creativity, teamwork, and thinking outside the (cookie) box. All submissions will be featured on the GSEIWI social media platforms. Video submissions are due by February 22nd.

New this year! Girls who earn Super Seller Rewards have the option to choose an Amazon Shopping Experience as a reward option.

This year these will be only one Store Front but is will contain many items from different categories including but not limited to:

All items chosen by council and Girl Executive Club members.

Includes products shown on the rewards flyer plus additional items. May vary slightly due to supplier inventory but will be like what’s pictured.

Voucher Details

$100 Amazon voucher per storefront choice. Spend up to the voucher amount in one transaction. If the total exceeds $100, caregivers pay the difference. If under $100, the unused balance is returned to council. Voucher must be used in a single transaction. No refunds; returns/exchanges – according to Amazon policies. Vouchers cannot be combined, even if from the same category. Separate vouchers are issued for each level earned.

This reward option encourages girls to set and achieve goals during the Cookie Program and provides a personalized reward experience where girls get to make their own shopping decisions.

Troop Product Managers must select this choice for each level in the eBudde system. At the end of the Girl Scout Cookie Program, caregivers will receive the voucher via email from council. For more information or assistance, contact: Shellg@girlscoutstoday.org

Give back through Care to Share toggle arrow

Cookie Share encourages Girl Scouts to ask customers and businesses to donate as little as $6 so cookies can be shared with neighbors in need through a council-sponsored program. This year, we are partnering with River Bend Food Bank, our primary Cookie Share partner, covering the largest service area across our council. We will also distribute donated cookies through HACAP Food Reservoir and the Northeast Iowa Food Bank, helping us reach even more families and communities in need Help Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois reach our goal of 20,000 donated packages for the Cookie Share Program in 2027!

Girls who sell 15 or more packages earn the Gift of Caring patch. Girls who sell 30 packages through Cookie Share earn $5 in program credit.

Sell cookies without a troop toggle arrow

The Juliette program allows girls to register individually for Girl Scouts, mixing and matching different activities to meet their needs and interests.

Juliettes can participate in the Cookie Program, learn business skills, and earn rewards! This includes girls who may be in a troop, but are choosing to participate individually in the Cookie Program if her troop is not participating.

Sister Patch Program

We are excited to be able to offer the Sisters Patch again for the 2027 Cookie Program!

New this year, any sisters who are registered and participating in the Cookie Program qualify and earn the sisters’ patch.

Caregivers must complete the form requesting patches for their participating Girl Scouts. Service Unit Product Managers will distribute them to troop leaders with other earned rewards at the end of the program.

Please fill the out the form by March 26^th, 2027.

Cookie Rookies

Cookie Rookies are girls and troops new to the Cookie Sale Program. Cookie Rookie girls should attend the service unit cookie rally to complete training and activities to get ready to sell cookies! Cookie Rookies will receive a Cookie Rookie patch! If you need a Cookie Rookie patch for your Girl Scout, please reach out to your troop leader.

Cookie Executive Club

Girl Scouts who sell $375 in the 2026 Fall Program Product and 1,000 packages or more cookies during the 2027 Cookie Program will be invited to join the club. They will earn a patch and be invited to exclusive meetings to have their voices heard on rewards and product program ideas and input.

CEO Cookie Club

Girl Scouts who sell 1500+ packages will be invited to attend a CEO Cookie Club Celebration in Bettendorf, IA on July 10^th 2027 with CEO Nicole Cisne Durbin and the Product Program Team.

Cookie Champion Challenge

GSEIWI Secret Shoppers are ready to visit random cookie booths during the cookie program. Secret Shoppers are rare which makes them so special. Not every booth will be visited by a Secret Shopper. A Secret Shopper is a GSEIWI staff member or volunteer who wants to help Girl Scouts develop an entrepreneurial mindset and make a good impression on the community.

GSEIWI Secret Shoppers reward girls who demonstrate knowledge of the cookie program and the Girl Scout Promise and Law with a Cookie Champion Challenge Patch.

Heres how it works:

Hold a cookie booth or drive thru at stores, businesses, events, etc.
Be sure to enter your cookie booth in eBudde so it will be in the GSUSA Cookie Finder.
Follow and practice booth etiquette guidelines and Safety Activity Checkpoints. See the guidelines below that Secret Shoppers are following to be extra prepared!
