Brownies: Join Solar Sisters Astronomy Club and the Cedar Amateur Astronomers for a fun badge workshop at the Eastern Iowa Observatory and Learning Center!
- Earn the Space Science Investigator badge
- Look through the different kinds of telescopes to learn about our solar system and the Milky Way galaxy
- Learn about our Earth and how it works
- Discover the constellations and other celestial bodies
- Bring a water bottle (labeled with name) and dress for the weather, as some activities will be outdoors
- This is a rain or shine event - we don't cancel for weather
***Troops must meet ratio, Individual Girl Scouts must be accompanied by a caregiver***
***Badges can be purchased after the event at the Girl Scout Shops.***
