Support Girl Scouts through Birdies for Charity
The John Deere Classic is a major event that takes place in the Quad Cities each summer. It brings together businesses and community members for a week of PGA-level golf, events, and fun. It is also an important week for charitable giving in the community. Through the John Deere Classic’s Birdies for Charity program, nearly $190 million dollars have been donated to regional organizations. Thanks to Birdies for Charity, more girls have had the opportunity to experience the Girl Scout movement. Each donation supports helps provide Girl Scouts with a space where they can forge lifelong friendships and join a sisterhood that uplifts and supports them.
You can support Girl Scouts through the Birdies for Charity program! Here are a few important things to know about donating:
- Donations are maximized through Birdies for Charity! Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois will receive 100% of your donation and will be guaranteed an additional bonus promise of at least 5%
- Pledge Birdie #39 today to give through Birdies for Charity on your official entry form or donate online!
- Pledges are due by July 4, 2025.
