For Girl Scouts of all ages, families, friends, and members of the surrounding communities: Join 1,000 of your Girl Scout sisters for the biggest event of the year, where we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of World Thinking Day! Celebrate our fabulous Volunteers and Highest Award Girl Scouts, learn about cultures around the world, discover ways to combat global issues, and earn your World Thinking Day patch!

Celebrating Girl Scouts 
10:30 am - 12:00 noon

Join us for a high-energy celebration that honors Girl Scouts earning high awards, graduating seniors, and our amazing volunteers! This isn't your typical ceremony; it's a party filled with community spirit.  

***To be recognized in the ceremony, deadline to register is 4/1/2026***

***Troops must follow ratio requirements. Individual Girl Scouts need to attend with a caregiver.***  

Journey the World  

12:30 pm - 4:00 pm

We're celebrating 100 years of World Thinking Day in 2026! This year's theme is Our Friendship. We invite you to join in as we explore our worldwide Girl Scout/Girl Guide community and celebrate the friendships that connect us all around the globe. Explore new cultures, make new friends, and discover how kindness and teamwork can connect us all.   

  • Check out how many activities you can complete from our "100 Things to Do at JTW" checklist! 
  •  Celebrate Friendship by designing and connecting LEGO Bridges 
  • Collect SWAPS and create your own SWAPS Banner 
  • Create Your Own Puppet with Davenport Junior Theatre 
  • Race into Fun with Black Hawk College's interactive Mario Kart  
  • Take Home a Craft with PACG Environmental Forum's Pinecone Birdfeeder Kit 
  • Play GaGa Ball and 9 Square in the Air with friends 

Come explore, create, and celebrate with us: there's something for every Girl Scout!

Celebrations Fee: free/youth, free/adult 
Journey the World Member Fee: $10/youth, $5/adult Non-Member Fee: $15/youth, $5/adult  

Walk-ins Welcome: $15/youth, $5/adult
