Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors: Join Van Buren County Conservation for a canoe trip down the Des Moines River to search for geodes and learn about local geology!
Participants will:
- Learn canoeing basics and safety
- Learn about local geology
- Paddle with a guide to rock bars in the river to search for geodes!
- Take home a fun patch
- Bring a picnic lunch
***Troops must meet ratio, Individual Girl Scouts must be accompanied by a caregiver responsible for their safety and supervision***
