Bring your Troop to Summer Camp

Ready to give your Girl Scouts an unforgettable camp experience without the stress of planning every detail? Troop Camp at Camp Liberty is the perfect way to enjoy the magic of camp together while we take care of the logistics. You bring the girls and provide supervision; we provide the program, the meals, and all the fun.

Imagine your troop laughing around the campfire, exploring nature trails, trying archery, making crafts, and singing songs under the stars, all without worrying about packing gear or organizing activities. Our experienced staff lead engaging, hands-on experiences that encourage girls to try new things, take on challenges at their own pace, and grow through our “challenge by choice” approach.

Troop Camp is a chance for girls to build a strong sense of self, deepen friendships, and strengthen the bonds within their troop. As they navigate new adventures together, they develop resiliency, teamwork, and the confidence that comes from shared success and support.

Thinking about taking your troop on an adventure this summer at Camp Liberty? Follow these steps to sign up:

Step 1 — Register Adults

Go to CampDoc registration http://app.campdoc.com/register/gseiwi
Create a profile for yourself if you do not already have one.
Choose "Adult" from the drop-down menu.
Select the ADULT session for your troop’s chosen camp session.
Enter coupon code if desired - Tier chosen will apply to all adults registering.
Enter your group name (e.g., Troop 1234).
Enter the total number of ADULT spaces needed based on required safety ratios only.
- Reminder: Please register only the number of adults required to meet safety ratios for your troop. Our goal is to make troop camp available to as many troops as possible, but adult sleeping accommodations are limited. For a one-to-one youth/adult experience, please consider our She & Me and He & Me sessions.
Submit registration and pay the $60 deposit per adult. Please coordinate with troop families in advance to ensure deposits can be covered.

Step 2 — Register Youth

Return to CampDoc registration http://app.campdoc.com/register/gseiwi
Choose a grade level from the drop-down menu.
- Special Instructions for Multilevel Troops. Select the session for the youngest Girl Scout in your group. (Example, if you have Brownies and Juniors, choose the Brownie session.)
Select the same camp session, this time choosing the YOUTH option.
Enter coupon code if desired - Tier chosen will apply to all youth registering.
Enter the same group name (e.g., Troop 1234).
Enterthe total number of YOUTH spaces needed (this reserves them).
Pay the $60 deposit for each youth participant. Please coordinate with troop families in advance to ensure deposits can be covered.

Step 3 — Share Your Unique Registration Link

Check your email for the CampDoc-generated registration links for your troop.
Send the two links to each youth camper family and each adult leader.
Ensure each troop member uses the link to complete their registration.
- NOTE - each troop member MUST use the link provided by their troop leader to complete registration.

Special Instructions for Multilevel Troops.

After sending the link to your troop families, please email info@girlscoutstoday.org with the following information:

The camp session your troop selected.
Your name, email address, and troop number as entered in CampDoc.
The total number of troop members attending, including an age‑level breakdown.
- Example: 4 Brownies and their names, 4 Juniors and their names, 2 Adult Leaders and their names.

PLEASE NOTE - ALL PAYMENTS FOR TROOP CAMP WILL BE COMPLETED THROUGH THE LEADER ACCOUNT. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH YOUR TROOP TO COMPLETE PAYMENTS.
